Easter Eve

It’s Easter Eve and just like so many of you probably are, we’re busy filling and dying eggs, prepping baskets and finalizing the menu for tomorrow’s festivities:
Meanwhile, it seems that the chimpanzees are without a care in the world and are busy soaking up the warm spring sun on this glorious day.

It’s not all lounging with dolls though, supervising the humans is an important duty that still needs to get done. This morning, Burrito and Jamie kept a close eye on Facilities Technician Jake as he did some work in Playroom 1.

Foxie sitting with her legs stretched out! Can it get any cuter? It’s wonderful she doesn’t have a care in the world isn’t it? And Sheriff and Deputy Inspectors! Geez, nothing like adding some extra pressure on poor Jake.
I sure am looking forward to the festivities. From the looks of it you are going all out. All your extra efforts will be enjoyed by everyone. Even all of us!

My dad would have called Burrito and Jamie ‘sidewalk supervisors,’ never doing the work but telling you how to do it. I hope everyone has a glorious Sunday with wildflowers and a sunny forage for Easter goodies.
In my house there will be chocolate bunnies to bite the heads off of and Peeps, in original yellow color.
In my house they’re already gone….come on 50% off Monday..I’m Ready:rofl:

Happy Easter to you all from a very warm Sydney, Australia. I love the chimps supervising…..when the new facility was being built, they watched every step. If you gave them the tools and materials, I have no doubt that they could build the next one! Can you imagine the stories that the trades men have to tell?? Hope the weather stays perfect for some great forages and exercise.
