Enrichment for Honey B (Part 2)

After last Thursday’s procedure, Honey B is still recuperating in the Front Rooms away from the group to give her injury enough time to heal.  Keeping her busy has been a fun and challenging task for us. Fortunately, she’s someone who seems to really love all that extra attention and enrichment.

She’s really doing great with her PRT! How much longer before she can rejoin her group?

It will be a bit longer. We definitely need her to be healed before her friends get a hold of those stitches.

Keeping Honey B busy must be a real challenge with her active mind! She looks well, but yikes, that bottom lid still looks like it might be sore. As someone who has stitches, I am curious if she scratches the lid.

She definitely does. We’re monitoring her recovery closely and Dr. Erin has had to do some clean up work on her.

I’m glad you’re keeping her mind busy so that she doesn’t pick at it. it was a close call!

It’s encouraging to see Honey Beatrice on the mend. Still, I wonder about her weight: she certainly pose a zaftig figure, and her muscle tone looks healthy. Yet, is she a tad underweight? (I must concede that I am tad envious…)

Same…but I think she’s always been lean and lanky

      Don’t be Tobin…
      she’s to lean….

Yikes, I thought Honey B was going to slowly stuff that giant toothbrush down her throat. I always watch the blog/videos on my phone instead of the computer so its hard for me to see her eye but Ill take everyone’s word that it’s improving. I hope to see her bsck in her home soon with her pals soon.
