That look on her face when she’s reaching out for reassurance is kind of heartbreaking.
I would think so, if I didn’t know that this was a daily occurrence for years. She’ll be okay.

Nothing between Neggie and her peanuts!
Do they eat the pine nuts, as well?
I think they would but I don’t recall us every having them on hand!
Oh, Bubba! Still stirring up chaos with the ladies.
Speaking of displays, do Neggie and Annie ever display? I don’t recall ever seeing them do it.
Annie might sway back and forth a bit during a group display but I’ve never seen them start a display on their own.

Perhaps, since Neggie and Burrito are such good buddies, Negra could speak to Burrito about rescheduling his displays.
Rule #1: No displays when peanut butter has been served. Or Cow Bags. Or Night Bags. Or Firehose Cubes. Or any enrichment treat for that matter.
Rule #2: No displays when Negra is under her blankets and definitely not when she’s sleeping under the blankets.

I REALLY enjoyed this blog. To be fair, I enjoy all of them! But I just loved the captions for the series of photos. And that photo of Negra stretching out her hand is SO sweet. Thank you for taking these photos for us!

Oh my little Budda lady with those eyes and outstretched hand. My heart just melted even more. Im so glad that she still felt safe enought to keep eating, as she needs to keep that wee belly of hers full.
