It’s kinda “Hawaiian roll season” this time of year and though bread and pasta are very rare and special treats in their diet, we can’t tell you how mad for them the chimpanzees are. Thankfully, they are just as excited about fresh produce, haha! But, I mean, bread, carbs…need we say more? Us too, chimpanzees, us too. 🙂

Thank you, Adam! I’ve often wondered the same! Some oat/flax pitas as a base, tomato sauce and caramelized veggies…the only big sin would be a bit of vegan cheese…
Neggie isn’t just in bed with Hawaiian roll….that’s a WHOLE Hawaiian roll (not just a slice) . That’s the jackpot, Neggie!
Thanks, Adam. After looking at all the delicious carbs and veggies, now i simply must have lunch. I think I’ll enjoy my Hawaiian roll Negra style in bed under a colorful blanket on a chilly Northwest day.

Many thanks, Adam, and like that song “It’s my Party”, but in this case it’s “we will have a damn good time if we want to”. Judging from the photos the chimps- and everyone else- had a ball. Marvellous and thanks and appreciation for all the hard work in getting this show on the road.

pulled pork in bbq sauce, coleslaw, and pepperjack cheese.
(yes, you put the coleslaw in the sandwich. And yes it’s coleslaw, not just shredded cabbage.)
