It is so fun to watch a chimp like Honey B, who has always preferred human interactions, to seek her chimp friends out instead. Watching Honey B and Dora both flourish socially in their group has been one of the most rewarding parts of my job, as well as witnessing Mave find her soulmate, Dora. Please enjoy this video of Honey B, Dora, and of course, Mave!
Chimpmas is right around the corner! We have started to add enrichment and items that we need around the chimp house on our wish-list!

Honey B indeed is Miss Popularity here! I could hear the old dryer in the background. I’m hoping that the new one is on the way and not that we missed the mark with our donations.

Ahh yes, the Girls Club! And Honey B is in the thick of it! Dora is quite the groomer and her muscular thighs and calves are so cute, reminds me of Missy.
It’s so heartening to see that even after all this time, progress continues……new friendships, new areas to discover etc. It’s a testament to CSNW that they obviously enjoy their environment and the special care they receive.
Kelsie, this sweet video was the first that I saw this morning! I’m in awe of how utterly precious those girls are. Honey B, Dora and Mave would certainly be fun to have at a Slumber Party! Thank you for sharing such sweetness!
