It’s a big day here at the sanctuary! In addition to Negra’s honorary birthday, Terry is turning 33 AND it’s the anniversary of Negra and her group’s arrival to their sanctuary home fourteen years ago, all of which we are celebrating together this year as The Trifecta Jubilee!
We love you, Neggie! May you reign long, well, happy and full of your very occasional, very loved Hawaiian rolls. Negra during her recent recovery:

Her freedom to be able to do that warms my soul. And her fabulous, cozy nests await her always. She truly knows how to live her best life these days. I’m deeply grateful she (and all of the gang) have those opportunities. It just slays me that she makes a pillow to support her head! Maybe they all do and I’ve not noticed but we have to admit Negra knows how to make herself cozy!

I think she was born that way….blue blood !
Maybe the first time she put the blanket over her head…or, if you watch the party video, the first time she gently shoved someone off “her” lunch seat on the scale!
