I hope you experience the same vicarious joy that I do when watching the cows race to their spring pastures each year.

What a joy to see them running to their new pasture and to hear the happy chomping sounds, eating all that yummy new grass. Thank you JB for sharing this uplifting video.
What a beautiful sight! Thank you for providing sanctuary to them!
Thanks, JB.
What was it The Boss wanted
I had been away for a week and was isolating from the chimps following my return so she just wanted me to come over and say hi.
Sweet. No hesitation anymore! And don’t they have the sweetest eyes…
Happy cows (and one steer)! I love how excited they were to run to their Spring pasture, and was that Jaimie on patrol to welcome them? Such fun!
Thanks J.B. for capturing the big event. Yes, I most certainly did enjoy seeing the happy run to the springtime pasture! As they chomp away they appear to be thinking “Better than I remembered”. And Jamie was there to make sure it all ran smoothly. She had a lot to say to the Moo Crew.
The hills are alive with the sound of mooosic. Sorry, couldn’t help myself. Yuk yuk. A grand sight indeed.
Ha ha ha!
Spectacular ?
And a round of applause and/or a hoot, once again, for Neggie, who last week informed that trespassing coyote that the pasture and its all-they-can-eat buffet was being reserved for the Moo Crew.
The annual running of the three cows and one steer ( but you dò call them “guys”..??), a sure sign of spring!
And all that tall grass looks very juicy and full of goodness.
Do they stay out, or do they go back to the barn every night?
And was that Diana sitting in the grass with them?
We typically leave their winter pasture accessible, unless we are doing pasture maintenance, so they are free to return to the barn at night. But in the summer they like to sleep outside at the top of the hill. Yes, that was Diana!
The cattle make me smile and seeing them so happy and excited is just pure joy!
They were so excited! So beautiful??
This was so enjoyable to see the happy and well cared for cattle! They were so excited, it was heartwarming to see. Thank you.
I just watched this. That was amazing! You have such beautiful property all around.
