The Queen of the greenhouse

This time of year keeps everyone absolutely magnetized to the sun filled greenhouse. Perhaps no one enjoys this covered outdoor space more than Negra. When she isn’t napping in a big pile of blankets on a platform, she still looks absolutely contented doing just about anything.

I love Negra and the choices she is now able to make; like sleeping in when everyone’s at breakfast or snuggling up in the greenhouse! Freedom of choice and happy with her new life ???
Imagine all the stories gentle Negra could share if only she could talk…That innocent & expressive face always seems to me like she’s deep in her own serious thoughts…I find myself frequently wondering what these magnificent, so HUMAN-like animals, are thinking…Of course, I deeply love all seven, (my heart is SO invested in each of them), but their unique individual personalities are beyond fascinating to me…I don’t want to go a single day without coming to your Blog to check on them & your World-class Sanctuary…I’m also really excited about the next group of Chimps arriving…Bless you, all…Hugs from the Midwest…
Negra is the queen of my heart. I will readily bend a knee for her. Oh that glorious face. Thank you, thank you, thank you for being there for Negra and giving her this new, safe, comfortable life.
