Foxie is quite small for a chimpanzee. This comes in handy when you want to be light on your feet!

Yes, dear Foxie, do be careful! Crunching into that crusty ice with bare feet will hurt!
We’ve no gas heat here on the island again tonight…feeling like I’m walking on the ice with Foxie!
What do the chimps weigh, about? 70-100lbs?

Foxie is probably about 100lbs (and she and Missy are the smallest).

And how tall is the petite and graceful Foxie? I see that she was able to enjoy from frozen dihydrate oxide
    for her daring.

She’s only a few feet tall standing totally bipedal 🙂

Way to go little Foxie. I feel tall walking on thick crusted snow and maybe Foxie does too.

Love you Ms. Foxie The Tundra Explorer.

I just love the Fabulous 7!! I was born and raised in Seattle; UW graduate and
lived there most of life. However, I made the decision to move to San Diego
for the second part of my life for the weather obviously. I pay close attention
to the Fabulous 7 and love all of them equally. Foxie is so cute with all of her
dolls. Such a sweetheart who couldn’t keep any of her babies. Now I am crying
just thinking about it. The good news is that they were all rescued out of that
horrible dungeon of experimentation back east. Thank you Chimpanzee Sanctuary
Northwest in Cle Elum, Wa. for taking such good care of them!

I’m always amazed to look back on the notes that came with them, and that Foxie’s said she liked to bite people whenever she could. Just doesn’t seem like our Foxie, does it!?
