Happy Birthday, Stephen!

Today was sponsored by Brian Freyermuth and Amy Holden in honor of their nephew, Stephen! Brian and Amy shared this message about today:
“Stephen, our nephew, turns 15 today. He is a freshman in high school, a member of the marching band and a Boy Scout. He has always had a love of animals and nature. When he was ten, Stephen launched a petition and spoke at the county legislature meeting in support of maintaining funding of staff at the local nature preserve for educational programs and summer ecology camp.”
Brian and Amy, thanks so much for sponsoring a day of sanctuary for the chimps and Stephen! We so appreciate your compassion in thinking of the chimps as you celebrate Stephen today.
Stephen, thank you for caring so much about animals and the environment and for being part of making the chimps’ lives in their sanctuary home such happy ones! All the primates here at CSNW hope you have just as wonderful a day as they will! Happy 15th Birthday!
