Jamie is one of the most intelligent, creative, willful, courageous people we know and we couldn’t have more admiration for her. With each passing year that we’re honored to know her, she surprises us with her beauty, strength, resiliency and adventurous and often mischievous – sometimes a little scary – spirit (hence, why we chose Halloween to celebrate her birthday!). HAPPY HAPPY JAMIEWEEN JAMIE!!! May you have you many many many many more ’cause I know your caretakers LOVE celebrating with you (I can’t imagine why ;o), and I’ve heard a rumor that you like it too! Gifts, yummy food, a sunny greenhouse (I hope), your family (even Burrito, who may not admit to loving you but we all know he does) and a walk with your favorite people, hairy and not. The story about Jamie patrolling Young’s Hill in the dark will always be my favorite, making that last photo one of my favorites too.
