Oh, I just love this girl! I have a pair of older Frye Harness boots that could seriously use Jamie’s grooming and attention to detail!

Right. A chimpanzee is outside and has a plan that she will put in effect later. So she finds what she needs, walks all the way back to the chimp house past any number of distractions, modifies that tool, and then uses it. And some people say they are “just animals”. Big raspberry to them!

Love your comment Francoise! And you right about the distractions. I was amazed at Jamie’s determination in preparing her tool when all the banging was going on behind her. She kept her attention on all of that but still worked her tool to perfection and got down to her task of grooming the boots. Nothing slips past Jamie!
