This was her birthday dinner: Field roast sliders with sweet potato fries, sparkling cider and wild roses. We very rarely give the chimpanzees bread, but we break that rule for some holidays because Negra LOVES bread!

It makes me feel so good to see the chimps enjoying themselves. What a beautiful party you put together for Negra. She really deserves the best – they all do – and they are so lucky to be there with people who care so much for them. Beautiful pictures. Beautiful Negra.

I always enjoy not only the pictures of the Chimps on special occasions but also the pics of how much care you put into the birthday/holiday display of food. Always arranged so professionally and so colorful. What a unique and talented group of people you all are, such great writers as well as photographers and artistic abilities.
