I found this picture on our camera taken yesterday and it made me smile so much! I think Annie is blinking, but it does look as if she’s meditating. Here’s your Sunday moment of zen from CSNW:

    What a great laugh-out-loud!! I’m thinking that if they posted this outside every yoga studio, their customer base would double!!

    They had to have had some tools to get through life in those small cages for so long. They had to have had a way to calm their minds, to find a safe, quiet place within. God bless them!
