Fun on the hill

The chimps seem to be spending a little bit more time on the hill lately, despite the super hot weather we’ve been having. Today, when I opened the door for Young’s Hill, everyone went right out. It’s still awesome to see all seven chimps out there at once. Here are a few random good photos from the last couple of days.

I am completely in love with the new bouncy bridge! We haven’t seen any wild games of chase on it yet, but the chimps seem to like it.

Wow — Jamie looks so serious crossing the bridge. Really looks like she’s on patrol.

I note Foxie is holding on with two hands. It must be a bit worrisome until they get the feel of how to maneuver it. Love the photos, many thanks, Jackie.

Jamie looks like a proud, satisfied matriarch; Foxi seems to really like the troll doll with the blue hari; Burito looks serene – beautiful pics, thanks for sharing.

Has Negra ventured out to the bouncy bridge yet or is she content to observe from the sidelines?

Although I don’t want to say that I have a favorite of the seven, I must admit that seeing Burrito venturing out futher onto the hill is a perfect way to start the week. I just keep telling myself that just as Burrito will eventually make it to the far end of the hill I took will make it to Friday without any problem.
