Yesterday JB walked up to the top of Young’s Hill to get some shots of the chimps from that angle. The sky was blue and the sun was out, and it made for a really pretty backdrop.

What a treat for them to be out in the sun, grass, blue sky after their wonderful breakfast! Love the view, I remember it is a good hike up the hill!

Ah, you’re making me homesick for the NW, and the mountains. REAL mountains with snow on them all year.

Oh what a site, blue sky, green trees, snow, chimps, and trolls!! What could be better?!?

The chimps have been lucky this year that there has been so little snow. They have really been able to enjoy the hill!

My 4-year old daughter and I were looking a similar picture of Foxie (who was holding a headless Troll doll) and she kept asking me over and over again why “those people give her dirty toys to play with”…..hard to explain to a little one that ‘that’s the way she likes it & that she probably did it to the doll herself…..’ She thought it was all very funny. So fun to look at these pictures. Thank you for the wonderful posts.
