    Oh these are great!!! Jamie cracked me up. She looked like she was imitating Foxie’s pirate face. It is so nice to see the sprouts out on the Hill with the chimps! Thank you for the photos JB.

    I’m so glad the weather is staying temperate so they can all be outside for a little longer! I’m wondering, are there any overall behavior/interaction changes noted since they have more space and more freedom outside?

      It’s difficult to say at this point. We’ve certainly noticed a lot of interesting behavior, but I can’t say that there’s been a dramatic shift in the group dynamics. However, Laura, a graduate student at Central Washington University and a volunteer at the sanctuary, is studying this very topic for her master’s thesis so we look forward to getting her perspective.
