The days have been getting hotter out here in Cle Elum and we have been working to provide the chimps with enrichment to help them stay cool. In Sofia’s Ask Us Anything blog last week, she talked about how we gave them pools of diluted Gatorade as temps were close to 100 degrees Fahrenheit. We were able to snag some fun reaction videos from Cy’s group and I wanted to share them with you today! Enjoy, stay cool, and happy summer!

    Lol, that’s an expensive punchbowl! :sweat_smile:
    Someone said that either Rayne or Lucky uses it. I don’t know that we’ve ever seen any of the chimps in one of those rockers. Since Gordo likes to sit in things, has he ever used it?
    Only 80s here. You guys stay cool, too!

        Even if I agree, I have to say “aye”. This is my happy place, to escape all of that noise thatis present in just about every other aspect of my life

    I love your Gatorade tubs and wobble-punch-bowls. Brilliant!

    Rayne! How did she not explode after all that Gatorade?! I guess she needed the electrolytes. And I am amazed Cy didn’t knock the tub over when he balanced on the edge.
