Very special guys and gals, indeed. Thanks for all you help make possible in their lives, Colleen, especially during this magical time of year! And we’re extra excited to celebrate Cy, Lucky, Rayne, Terry, Dora and Gordo’s first Christmas with us! We have so much to be grateful for.

I just received my calendar today and the year starts out with Burrito and Jamie. What could be better! I might get a frame and swap out the photos each month. Mave is the gal for my birthday month. The expression on that sweet face is something else.

Hip hip hooray for the chimpanzees of Chimpanzee Sanctuary Northwest! Thank you Colleen for giving us an excuse (as if we need it!) to honor and celebrate each and every one of them today. And thank you Katelyn for all these wonderful photos — especially the photos from Christmas past.

Every time I read your blog and see how happy the chimps are, I am amazed and so happy that the WW chimps have a wonderful new home with wonderful caretakers!!
